EL TRIBUNAL CONSTITUCIONAL DICTA POR UNANIMIDAD UNA SENTENCIA QUE ANULA UN DECRETO QUE IMPONÍA MEDIDAS ANTI COVID COMO LA OBLIGACIÓN DE VACUNARSE PARA PODER TRABAJAR.
EN ESTA CASO ES DE CANARIAS Y EL MINISTRO ANGEL VÍCTOR TORRES PERO ES APLICABLE A TODA ESPAÑA Y LAS MEDIDAS TOMADAS POR PEDRO SÁNCHEZ.
